Acknowledging the importance and value of all our Directors and supplying the back up support required to succeed in their personal positions and that of the company.

CURRENT PROJECTS AND INTERESTS
MARINE HULLS AND ALTERNATIVE FUELS: The current projects involve a design of commercial vessels using a Hydrogen powered engine as a non pollutant. Using our consultant Chartered Naval Architects, and experts from our Precision Engineering and Mechanical workshop days, the team is now focussing on the complexity of this project. The potential market being in the Hundred of millions of pounds, as this product will revolutionise the marine industry.
PRECISION ENGINEERING: A precision engineering workshop is to be established for the marine project project and such facilities are being sought. To add to the capability of the Multicar workshop project providing in-house mechanical engineering for engines and drive chain, braking and suspension systems.
WATERFRONT PROPERTY. The Group are currently seeking to purchase a waterfront property which is large enough to provide boatsheds, to manufacture the range of vessels and to manufacture the engine components to be used. A precision engineering shed will be fully equipped and provide the specialist components. The site to have capability to develop a prototype hydrogen fuelling facility.
MULTI DISCIPLINE PRACTICES: The Group intends to expand its Professional practices under Vickers Consultancy Ltd and is currently in negotiations with several parties. This company currently has Chartered Surveyors and Civil Engineers with Chartered Architects, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, Town Planners and Structural Engineers to be added to form a 'one stop shop' for clients and developers.
MAIN DEALER FOR A MULTICAR REPAIR FACILITY: Given the rapidly changing circumstances in the Motor Industry, the Group will now look to a large multi franchise workshop, without car sales, which are rapidly being taken to online sites. This facility has been planned and requires the purchase of 30,000 sq ft of fully equipped workshop, to provide comprehensive facilities to modern standards. The size allowing specialists in the workforce and equipment that could not otherwise be supported in smaller operations. To be run via Vickers Garages Limited.
MOT WORKSHOPS : The Group are actively looking to purchase current MOT stations in the South of England, to assist customers to continue to operate their current vehicles by providing a solution to the cars which are now subject to repair problems. Obviously the Group understand the high costs of new vehicles and will offer even engine repairs and rebuilds, to allow vehicles to be kept in operation.
CLASSIC CARS The classic car market is now devoid of skilled technicians and mechanics. No current training exists to deal with this situation and probably even the tutors of current training have nil experience of such vehicles. As the Chairman 'cut his teeth' on these vehicles the Group is to introduce an apprenticeship which the Chairman will oversee, so that this expertise cannot be lost. The classic car market is now investment orientated and is of substantial profitability. which can only increase over the years.
PROPERTY DEALING AND INVESTMENT The property market in 2023, is now losing value and the Group is currently looking at several large sites to incorporate in its next expansion. This market will undergo substantial change as new Laws come into force. The Group envisage the current property stock will be separated into viable units to meet the new environmental and thermal standards leaving possibly half the existing buildings in use which will be unrentable and unsaleable unless substantial reconstruction is carried out. As such the Group is looking to take on such problems and opportunities.
